Thank you for hosting a Satellite Symposium at ISLH 2026 in Edinburgh, Scotland. This page contains information regarding your session as well as important requests for information.
What’s Included:
- 60-minute timeslot
- Meeting Room
- Standard A/V equipment: computer, LCD projector, microphones, and projection screen
- Acknowledgment/advertising of your workshop in the online program
- Inclusion in luncheon workshop email blasts
- Access to a recording of your lunch workshop
- If permitted, ISLH will include your lunch workshop recording in the Virtual Meeting Platform for virtual attendees to watch.
Audiovisual Information (Corporate Workshops)
ISLH will provide standard AV equipment in each session room including computer, LCD projector, microphones, and projection screen. Any additional AV will be at your own expense. For additional AV requests and pricing please contact

Branding/Signage
We encourage symposium sponsors to bring up to two branded pop-up/roll-up banners for display in front of your session room. These may be set up 30 minutes before your lunch session.
Catering
The Edinburgh International Convention Centre offers the following "Grab and Go" lunch options:
- Picnic Box (includes: tart, side, salad, protein, and pudding) - £26.00 + VAT per person
- Brown Paper Bagged Lunches (includes: sandwich, snack, and fruit) - £16.00 + VAT per person

Catering orders for all luncheon workshops should be placed directly through EICC. ISLH can advise on suggested quantities at the time of order placement based on registration numbers. Each organization is responsible for all catering costs and will be billed directly by EICC.
Inclusion in the Program
To ensure your session is posted on the ISLH website by March 20th, please provide the following information as soon as possible:
- Session Title
- Speaker(s) with Affiliations
- Session Description (less than 200 words)

Staff Registration
Each exhibitor is entitled to a specific number of complimentary Full Conference Registrations and Exhibit Hall Staff Registrations. Please note that Exhibit Hall Staff Registrations only grant access to the exhibit hall.
