Poster Presentation Information
The poster presentation schedule is listed in the conference program. There are two poster sessions this year. Your poster can only be hung on the day of your assigned presentation slot.
POSTER SESSION 1 - FRIDAY, APRIL 17TH (5:00 - 6:30 PM)
POSTER SESSION 2 - SATURDAY, APRIL 18TH (5:00 - 6:30 PM)
Poster mounting can begin at 8AM on the day of your poster presentation.
Posters should be removed at the conclusion of your poster session (6:30PM).
All posters should be mounted and removed at the above times. Posters that are not taken down by the above specified time will be discarded.
Mounting supplies will be supplied by Cameron Event Logistics. Only velcro dots supplied by CEL may be used to mount posters.
Damage to posterboards may be subject to a fine.
Poster boards will be in portrait / vertical layout.
Posters should be printed in A0 portrait, and not exceed dimensions: 118cm height x 84cm wide.
IN ORDER FOR YOUR ABSTRACT TO BE PUBLISHED, AT LEAST ONE AUTHOR MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE CONFERENCE AND PRESENT THE POSTER IN-PERSON DURING YOUR ASSIGNED PRESENTATION SLOT.
*Virtual posters / e-posters will not be offered for ISLH 2026. Please ensure at least one author / colleague is able to attend and the present the poster in-person during your assigned presentation slot. ISLH follows strict guidelines and if a presenter is not present at your poster during the assigned time slot, your abstract will be removed from the conference program and will not be published in the abstract proceedings.
