Poster Presentation Information
The poster presentation schedule is listed in the conference program. There are four poster sessions this year. Please see the mounting and removal times below. Posters that are not taken down by the specified time will be discarded.
POSTER SESSION 1- THURSDAY, MAY 21 (5:00 - 6:30 PM)
POSTER SESSION 2 - THURSDAY, MAY 21 (3:00 - 4:00 PM)
MOUNT: THURSDAY AT 7:30 AM
REMOVE: THURSDAY AT 6:00 PM
POSTER SESSION 3 - FRIDAY, MAY 22 (9:15 - 10:15 AM)
POSTER SESSION 4 - FRIDAY, MAY 22 (2:30 - 3:30 PM)
MOUNT: FRIDAY AT 7:30 AM
REMOVE: FRIDAY AT 3:30 PM
POSTER SIZE
Posters must be no larger than 42 inches wide and 40 inches high. Boards are felt surfaced so posters must be hung with push pin (provided by conference).
