Service Kit

GES is the official conference exhibit services company. Click here to view the ISLH 2023 service kit. Orders should be submitted to GES with payment before April 18 for best pricing.


Booth Build Height

Standard Exhibit Booth: max build height 8ft
Premier Island Booths: max build height 12ft (anything higher must have pre-approval from GES)

Catering

Catering orders for all luncheon workshops should be placed through the New Orleans Marriott Hotel. Orders are due by March 31st. Please contact [email protected] with any questions and to submit your order.

Audiovisual Information (Workshops and Ancillary Events)

ISLH will provide standard AV equipment in each session room including computer, LCD projector, microphone, and projection screen. Any additional A/V will be at your own expense. For pricing please reach out to [email protected].

Staff Registration

Each company is entitled to a specific number of Full Conference Registrations and Exhibit Hall Staff Badges based on your sponsorship level. Please note that Exhibit Hall Staff Badges only grant access to the exhibit hall. If you have not received your waived registration codes please contact [email protected].
